I'm a muffin...

Potty training is an on-going

battle that this Momma is bound

and determined to win!

We have our good days and our bad...

some days Ethan is great about telling me 

if he needs to go potty, others he could

absolutely care less...UGH!

Emma and Abby were an

ABSOLUTE breeze to potty train...

compared to Bubbie!

Now to the CUTEST thing

I think I've ever heard my precious

3 year old say...

We {Abby and I} were talking about

how cool you are when you go tee-tee

and poop {sorry, but really, are you surprised? 

we are talking about potty training here...}

after Ethan went tee-tee on the potty Abby

ran to Ethan's room and grabbed his adorable

little "Lightning McQueen" undies

and brought them to Ethan to wear, 

he excitedly put them on, all while

Mommy and Abby were cheering and 

clapping, saying "Yay Bubbie, you did it!" 

I could not get over how cute he was,

and said "Bubbie, you are a stud muffin"...

to which he responded..

"Hey-Hey, {an adorable Ethanism...

he practically starts every sentence 

with it...and I LOVE it!} I am a

MUFFIN!!!" grinning from ear to ear!

by this point Abby and I are rolling with

laughter, so hard that we are crying...

it was that.funny! To make it even funnier...

he referred to himself as a 'muffin' several

more times throughout the day! 

 stud...

We LOVE our little MUFFIN

and are very excited for our 

lil muffin to finally become fully potty trained...

Back in the swing!

Summer has come and gone and 

we are finally getting back in the 

swing of things around here!

Emma started school a couple 

weeks ago {8.27.13}

and Miss Priss got all

dolled up for her big day

{1st grade!!!}

First stop, the hair salon

 for a quick trim!

Next stop, mani's + pedi's :)

I've never been to a {MTT night} like this one, 

they do it in style at LSE! Bouncies and all!

HOW is it possible that this girl is 

already big enough for 1st grade?!?

This time last year was one of the hardest times

this Momma has been thru, letting my baby go 

off to school. 

{all.day.long}

But ya know what, this little girl is

one smart cookie, I LOVE hearing about

her day, all that she saw and learned!

Seeing her excitement and joy for school

makes it so much easier to let her go!

{not to mention her awesome

 teacher that she has this year!}

teeth brushed, hair washed, bed time story read,

this girl was ready to be a big 1st grader!

And today, sweet Abby finally joined her 

sister, in going back to school!

She has been counting down the days til

it was her turn to start back to school!

Daddy even got to go!

{this year she even gets to take her own lunchbox

that she helped Mommy pack!}

It sure was quiet around our house today,

with both big sisters at school,  we sure

couldn't wait til 2 & 3 when it was time to 

pick up our sweet girls!

Excited to get back into a regular routine 

at our house! And, yall, I am SO ready for Fall!
