Thanksgiving 2012

A few weeks ago we went got to go to

Miss Emma's 1st school Thanksgiving meal!

One of Emma's school projects was to 

disguise her turkey by coloring/dressing it up to

help her escape being eating for Thanksgiving!

We got up Wednesday morning and 

headed to Amarillo for Thanksgiving! 

...and awaiting or arrival...was JUJU!!!

This week I've been gearing up to spend the 

weekend + the week of Christmas in Amarillo...

let the laundry and packing begin! I'm just ready

to be there already, to be able to relax and spend time

with our precious family! I'm sure that the time will fly

and go by wayy too fast! I'm going to try to treasure every

moment! Excited to celebrate Jesus and his birth! 

The girls are excited to make a birthday cake for Jesus! 

For he is the reason for the season!

turned SIX months yesterday!!

Sheesh!! Seems like time is

flying by at lightening speed! 

Wasn't it just yesterday that we 

were bringing her home?

We have been soaking up every last 

minute spent with our favorite baby girl!

We just CANNOT get enough! 

She really is the sweetest baby!

Almost never fussy, always has a

smile on her beautiful face! 

My how she's blessed us!

Today we went for Miss Priss' 6 month checkup

and here are her stats:

~Weight: 14 lbs 4 oz. {17th%}

~Length: 25 in {21st%}

~Head: {33rd%}  

Overall doing great!!

We are all head over heels

for this girl, always will be!

So thankful that we get to call you ours! :)

Miss Sophie {4-5 mos}

Lately, I've gotten so far behind on blogging,

and it's been driving me crazy being so busy

with no 'outlet' so I've finally taken the time

to make a new blog where I can yet again

unleash thousands and thousands of 

pictures of my precious kiddos as well

as the precious stories that go along with them!

I read lots of blogs, and I enjoy following friends

to keep up with everyone back home! My main

purpose of this blog is to have a digital 'memory book' 

for my sweet babies to look back and get a glimpse

of our wonderful life together! The Lord has abundantly

blessed me in so many ways and I enjoy getting to share

those precious moments with you! So, sit back,

and enjoy the ride! I've got several posts lined up over

the next few days! 

Here's what's going on with our precious Sophie Belle!

~She'll be turing 6 months in less than a week...

{HOW is that even possible?}

~At her 4 month checkup she:

 ~weighed {12 lbs 5 oz} 30th%

~measured {24 inches long} 23rd%

~head {40 cm} 20th%

Since then we've been to the dr. several times due to several

colds, coughs, runny noses, congestion...ect. NO fun for a 

precious baby! And we are currently on antibiotics for 

an upper respiratory infection :( 

I feel so bad for her, and even tho she's been feeling

crummy lately, she still manages to light up our lives, with

her precious smile, laughter, and new this month...babbling!

since my precious Emma Grace! :)

Ritchie has Abby & Ethan tho, 

so I guess it's even :)
